When someone is doing or about to do something,
in a way we don't want it to be done,
and when we are not able to accept it, we become Angry.
But, when we are able to accept it, we remain Tolerant.
When someone has or is able to produce something,
which we don't have or not able to produce,
and when we are not able to accept it, we become Jealous.
But, if we are able to accept it, we get Inspired.
Just a thought of someone,
who is not physically present then,
and when are not able to accept it, we feel the pain of “Separation”.
But if we are able to accept it, we nourish the “Memories”.
So what is the Equation for Emotion?!
Something + Acceptance = Positive Emotion
Something + Non Acceptance = Negative Emotion
So, the Real cause of our Positive or Negative Emotion is….
….NOT 'Something' or 'Someone' …!
But, our Perspective … our Perception …. our Attitude….
….our ‘Acceptance’ or ‘Non acceptance’ (of 'Something' or 'Someone'),
that makes the Difference!
It is not the World and People out there,
but our Response & Reactions to the situations & people,
that determines the State of Mind and Mood we slip into…!
Next time when you feel disturbed,
analysis the situation with the above equation in mind,
and be assured that you will be back to Normal,
if you can just replace ‘Resistance’ with ‘Acceptance!’
